Return and Refund Policy

At VAKT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If you receive a product that isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong model, color, or size was sent.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Include all protective materials, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please note that minor variations in color, shade, or texture due to screen lighting or photography are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.

  • Customized or special-request orders.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for courier pickup or drop-off.

Please ensure that the product is packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, a bank transfer or store credit will be offered.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 working days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different design, model, or size, contact us at info@vakt.pk.
Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and verified in its original condition.

If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your choice.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled; however, you can still apply for a return after receiving the item.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@vakt.pk with unboxing photos or video evidence.
We will replace or refund your order as quickly as possible after verification.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item was damaged or defective on arrival, or

  • You received the wrong product.

In such cases, VAKT will cover the return shipping charges.
